An Open Public Meeting will be held by jointly by the Essex County Human Services Advisory Council (HSAC) and Children’s Interagency Coordinating Council (CIACC) on November 19, 2026, at 10:00am at Partnership for Children of Essex – 300 Broadacres Drive, Bloomfield, NJ 07003. 2nd floor conference room.
Unless otherwise noticed the Essex County Human Services Advisory Council (HSAC) publicly meets the third Thursday of the month.
