Archived Legal Notices

In accordance with New Jersey Senate Bill 4654, signed into law on June 30, 2025, by Governor Phil Murphy, the County of Essex has begun publishing all public and legal notices on its official county websites. These notices will also be shared with the New Jersey Department of State for posting on the Statewide Legal Notices Listings (https://www.nj.gov/state/statewide-legal-notices-list.shtml) webpage.
